Exactly what I needed today. My boyfriend is wonderful but has gotten comfortable. I was "too understanding" and ended up shoving my own feelings down too long. I ended up expressing my feelings a bit dramatically after a few drinks but today I was able to say "it would feel wonderful if we could have a dedicated date night with no distractions each week. What do you think?" HE immediately responded that he thought it was a great idea and came up with date suggestions. 😭😭😭 Men do want to make us happy we just have to communicate in this better way.

THIS WORKED!!! I wanted my man to accept me as I am little more, and try to change me less. All I did was start to show him that I accept him as he is, and then he started returning that back to me, too. Now our relationship is so peaceful as we are no longer trying to change one another.

Hi Adrienne, I have been watching your videos for a while now and I resonate with some of the things you talk about regarding feminine energy. You came into my life when I was feeling softer already so what you were saying made so much sense to me. However, I was watching one of your videos and someone had commented about their feminine energy turning up as soon as a masculine energy entered the picture as opposed to the other way around. It immediately took me to a memory that makes me feel so good. It was the first time I ever experienced something like that. I was out with my family at a resort and I took very little notice of a man that crossed my path. You know you get this feeling sometime if someone's looking at you..? I did and boy was I stunned by what I was experiencing. I looked at this person who came into my line of sight. It was the same man and all he did was keep his gaze on mine. That's it. I felt so shy yet pulled towards this person and it was unlike anything I felt before. He was infact walking the length of the resort entrance while doing this and that's how he made his exit too, without looking away from me. To this day that memory is quite something. Since then, I possibly could have felt something close to that only one more time. I'm practicing being in my feminine but I think because of what I experienced and finding that strength of that polarity rare, I somewhere have a fear that I won't be married to someone like that where there was so much polarity. What advice do you have for me..?

Great tips! As currently entering this space, although I have studied your content for years, I value the specific ways we can get more into our own femm energy & heart. Having been married to a man with a disability who refused to get help or change, I had to be in my masculine energy ALL the time (raising kids & thinking for the whole fam.) From my experience saying I feel/I'm feeling is very important. I once told an ex that I was worried and he kind of dismissed me but then I said I really feel worried and his response was much different. It's super uncomfortable in the beginning. This worked too well, Adrienne! 😂 Yesterday I started transmitting the energy of how I felt the last time I was with my guy (a greet feeling) and continued doing it again today (not excessively, just when I would think of him). And wouldn’t you know, TODAY I got a message from him…haha…after he’d seemingly been ghosting me. (Not replying to my last texts and not reaching out for a little over a week at a time lately.) It was a low investment text so I went through all the steps you mention of feeling the feminine/masculine polarity, receiving his energy, pausing, and also thinking of the good things that have happened between us. The things that have felt good to me. He has asked if he can see me tonight, which may or may not happen, but I’m ready to be in my feminine energy with him and aware of my feelings and boundaries above all. Thank you so much for this video, your ongoing work, and all the videos from your past that I have been OD’ing on for the past few months. I’ve learned so much and started healing myself on such a profound level!!! I’m forever grateful. 🙏🫶🏼

PS I only say it worked “too well” because I’ve been doing some profound soul searching and shadow work to heal my inner girl and find the love I’ve always been searching for inside myself. Hugs to you!!! Ultimately I feel if he’s new to marriage and treating you like this, he will do it for a lifetime. He hid himself from you. I would instead ask how to change yourself in that you ask how you want to be treated? Abusers rarely change and break the cycle. We would live in a very different world if anyone we loved/picked we could also change for the better. The best thing you can do is 1. Stay away from him for some time, and any contact is monitored, 2. Do not engage, if he yells you calmly remove yourself FAST, 3. Demand he get help, and if he’s sheepish accept his no And leave him, 4. Do not tolerate a loud voice or any cruel act. Call the police. 5. If he begs and promised to change and gets help… Date safety for several months (3 min) while at your parents to see if his demons reappear. 6. Do not rinse and repeat. If he acts up at all, You tried your best and you’re no one’s punching bag. Don’t wait around for things to escalate. Leave and never look back. I married a man that tried to murder me after he had showed his true colors like this. Please seek professional help for yourself and a restraining order is the right answer. It's well documented and researched that men that "get help" for domestic violence do not change, I wasnt just saying that as a matter of my opinion, its a fact. He is an abuser and he always will be.
