Thanks for the reminders, Adrienne. I am 63. When I was young and beautiful in my prime, I had no problem with men chasing me. My husband did it until the day he became ill. He took care of everything for us and our home. Something happened to me when he died. I felt like the weight of the world crashed down on my shoulders and now I had to be the responsible one. I have forgotten how to be in my feminine energy until now. I want to have another long term relationship again. So thank you so very much for the reminder.

I’m sorry for your loss. Mine came by way of divorce. We were both to stupid to save our marriage. My ex pursued me as well up til marriage and after. I haven’t found a man a fraction of his caliber yet. I feel a bit lost in this world of dating . Mature men seem to have lost this zest for the chase and being chivalrous . I think maybe I’ve lost my feminine charm and of course the attraction I held in my 20s. I’ve worked on my inner self, and feel ready for marriage again , but I’m often left frustrated and confused by men’s behavior.

Another thing that works is telling him that he's already doing it. I tell him, "I'm so lucky to have a man who's crazy about me" or "I'm so happy you keep pursuing me after all this time." I only say it because I know it's true, even if his pursuing is less often than I would like - he's a man and is busy and can't give me his focus every day of the week! So if he pursued me once that week, I'll tell him "I'm so lucky you're the type to keep flirting with me", then he feels this positive reinforcement and does it again or even grander. It's all about increasing appreciation+ lowering expectations

I do use some of your tips already, but the anxiety and old patterns creeping on me…maybe I am too hard on myself, I literally just started to learn❤️ Thank you very much ❤

Saying "no" actually really helps to sort out very quickly. I just had that! This guy put over a small thing so much pressure on me, that I ended it before it could even beginn. And he excused his behavior that he is a lawyer and thats why he has no patience 🤷♀️ and when he wants something he wants it now 🤦♀️! And he blamed me than for beeing stubborn!!!

I am very proud of my daughter, a gentleman brought her an expensive gift on a first date and she explained that she was flattered but could not accept such a gift for a coffee date. She would feel very uncomfortable knowing the cost and feel guilty if they were not compatible to get to know each other better. It was a 950.00 scarf. He was impressed with her honesty and the fact she was not a gold digger. They did continue to date for a few months, but she was just not into him. She is successful, not like him, but she knows her worth and gifts on first dates? Are you dating for a gift or for a life long relationship?

I just love you------------I am middle aged now, but I learn a lot from you. I love that you give examples and dialogue and kind of model it for us, and lI love those episodes where you just talk about being a girl and being involved in loving life and doing things and not making everything about a man. I have so many things I love to do I cannot fit them all in, and I never knew that was attractive--------also I really love when you talk about how to feel feminine in the clothes you choose etc...i would love for you to talk more about how to love ourselves and express our femineity, just to be more free bc you just have a beautiful way of explaining things.....thank you for all of your videos ...

How do you deal with men who alway wants to change plans last minute or offers last minute things? I generally don’t like that and usually say no, but then I feel bad that I miss out on opportunities…what else do I do about it? ❤

@@AdrienneEverheart ok thanks. Sometimes though I feel it’s disrespectful of my time, as it seems like it always has to be on his terms and his time schedule. I have a busy life so I’m not always able to drop everything for him last minute, it feels unfair to me sometimes. Is there a way to communicate this?

Everything great - but ladies if you go on a first date and he isnt paying .. that alone is a red flag enough to never see him again. It isnt being petty- If he isnt working hard to impress you in those first few dates, he isnt into you. He doesnt think you're worth the hype. He needs to think you're worth the hype from day one. When I first started dating my now husband... I was so nervous (and very young, think teens), I came to the date EARLIER and purchased BOTH of our movie tickets. He was annoyed and had the intention of paying for me. I did a lot of that chasing at the start and it always felt like I had to CONVINCE him still that I was all that. It wasnt until I stopped all that nonesense that he started to really. see me as a prize.
