I use a wiha 1.3mm ceramic screwdriver for all of my strap changes on my 176, 508 and 562. The ceramic tip will not mar the case or the screw bar if you accidently slip. I change straps daily and there's not a mark to be found on any of my lugs.

Why don’t they make the screwdriver out of hard plastic so you don’t scratch the watch ,jusat as watch makers put in screws with wooden screw drivers that I watched when I was in AP factory Thanks🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It's a good idea... Metal is typically interpreted as more premium perhaps.
