Best way to get those top 2 bolts is to take that little bracket that's above the bolts off! It's 2 13mm bolts and then unplug the clip that's right there! Pull that bracket out of the way and you can remove those bolts with a ratchet from above! Install of the bolts was super easy too this way. I also removed the torque strut arm so i had more room. Not sure how anyone else even got to these bolts otherwise

​@ELCLAVE300 it's been so long I don't remember. I do remember it being damn near impossible to get to the top power steering pump bolt without removing the bracket that's above it
