how to change clock spring on jeep wrangler jk

My issues are: no horn, blinkers, brights, u-connect and wipers won’t shut off. No light from airbags is coming on, also no codes thrown. Still a possible clockspring? I did leave it in rai. W/ no top on.

That definitely sounds like a clock springs I would start there also check your grounds 😊
