3.3 litres. Look for the oil chart in user manual of your car. Although i am using Shell 5w-40 Fully synthetic one

@@journeywithhaseeb I normally use Valvoline 20w50 Max Life synthetic Blend but everyone tells me is a heavy oil for the car. They recommend full synthetic 10w30 or 10w40 but I am not sure because is an old engine.

I'm.using shell 5w30

You can switch so shell 5w 40 as per your temperature to be safe with the max surrounding temperature. Also note that shell 5w 40 can run a min of 7500 kms in rough driving conditions so thats a good thing too. Also check if the engine is consuming oil. If it is, then switch to 10w 40. If it consumes oil on 10w 40 then at last switch to 20w 50.

U need to check factory service manual go get an idea of what oil to use according to yout area where you live in (i.e. hot/cold climate). Also depends on engine condition. Shell 10w-40 is fine for an old lancer engine. If engine burns oil either rebuild it or use 20w-50

If it has oxygen sensor then change it. If it has catalytic converter then service it. If its the non 02 sensor car then nothing can be done as per my experience☹
