I'm currently 15, as of Jan 2024, will turn 16 in 4 months, and I'm really thankful for your videos. My story is that I was my class topper and loved studying, learning, and knowing new things. There is a girl in my class whom I consider my academic rival. I chased behind her to reach her level. All this happened for 1 and half years when I realized I had feelings for her. We have a perfect friendship but recently her grades got depleting. about two months ago I confessed to her, but she rejected me when things got messed up. I lost focus on my life because what made me who I am today suddenly vanished. I got addicted to reels, and p***. I've been trying to change this for a while. I was ashamed of myself like I even felt that my existence meant nothing for this world. Watching your videos about how you openly confront your past mistakes on KZbin gave me hope to change. I'll comment later again after I turn 16 to update you about my life. Thank you sir, also can I get a reply?

Kenny, I found your channel about 8 months ago, and I gotta say you’re quite an awesome dude. The value your content brings to the platform of KZbin is insane. It’s inspired me to take a similar approach with self improvement. Your goal to retire your mom is admirable and that is a solid way to keep yourself accountable as well. I certainly hope 2024 is a huge year for you and your channel!

I really love what you're doing here Kenny, I didn't know KZbin could be used to help people. I'm glad you understand what it is to be masculine, in our country right now, we've been taught that all masculinity is toxic. But there is good in being a masculine man, it makes you a strong man. The same applies to women, but with femininity. I just turned sixteen and whether I'm ready or not, I need to become a man. I now understand that there are weak men and strong men. You really have been an influence. You've helped me understand that I can be better, stronger. You give you're community real advice, useful information, things they can apply, rather than just telling us not to be beta males or something. Keep making videos, you have no idea how helpful they are.

Thank you so much for the guide man. I was doing really good with self-improvement last year and then just out of nowhere, I lost it. It only took one minor mistake that took me back to a rabbit hole of bad habits that led me back to a state where I was not proud of myself. I've been living like an NPC for the last few months but now, I know what I need to do now. So thank you again for the guide.

One tip I have is when you relapse on something, just accept it. Don't be too hard on yourself. After all, it's great that you're making this much progress to begin with. And at the end of the day when you're contemplating how it went, see if you can notice the exact impulses/feelings/thoughts that led to these events occurring. This is useful knowledge. We're not perfect, it is likely we'll eventually take 1 step back, but take 2 steps forward again. Learn from your mistakes, even if you don't instantly master them. Then over time you'll become gradually ever more skillful! 😃

Thank you alot for this video words can not describe how much i want to thank you! I have been feeling worse and worse for the last 8 years that i thought i just lost the "game" of life. My childhood was bad which made me really susceptible to negative things, ofcourse its an excuse and i should just have stayed strong. I got told that i am a failure by my ''parents'' countless of times now which effected me so bad that ive kinda became one. Deep down i knew it wasnt true yet i couldnt really do anything at that age. Now i will rebuilt myself into someone i would have become if i didnt give up!! Thank you lots again!

Awe man... I am just now really starting to grasp the societal influence.... awe man... why did it take so long for me to figure this out... but I am hearing what your saying move on and actually focus on action, without action its kind of pointless. I think the reason I got stuck in this loop is I am just so interested in finding out what broke. I think I am really starting to back track what broke at what point. But now I am so far influenced by the norm, the harder it is to fix what broke at the beggining, because I have been brainwashed (gross that society would do this to a person). But hey I am becoming more aware of this and its exciting. :) Love your videos bro! (if what I said made any sence what so ever) HAHAHAHA

interesting ideas, thanks! I've been doing pomodoro, which worked pretty good actually. But, I did find it was also increasing my social media checking habit since I'd just open up that during breaks. And now I'm working through breaking that habit because I notice I just click open the browser without even thinking. Perhaps I'll just get use to doing it during certain time in the day. And to just take more walking/stretch breaks, rather than social media breaks.

Hey man I was stuck in that loop for a long time. In fact I just recently got out of it and have been out of it for some months now. I’m finally seeing some progress in life and feel like I’m growing. The key is you have to make a 100% commitment to yourself to accept change. You need to be willing to let those things go in order to grow. Life moves on and it moves fast. Life also gives you the option to move along with it. The hard thing is putting in the work and dedication to MAKE the change and to go along with life. Change is necessary and good. There is a great quote that says “Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.” You can escape change but like he said the longer you run from it… the longer you stay the same, think the same, look the same, talk the same, feel the same, and worst of all be the same. That’s why it’s called the loop. I wish you luck my friend. It starts with you, just take it day by day. I hope this helped.
