Can you just replace the light fixture without removing the wire? In other words, can the wire come out of the old light and put in the new one without fishing the wires out?

This is probably a stupid question but i am having an extremely hard time with this. When the LED bulb dies... can i change the bulb without replacing the entire light???

Somebody asked, but I do not understand, how is the conduit done properly so the water sits in there? Once you are unscrewing the light water will get in

Water will be in the conduit. Always. The box where the wires connect is elevated above the water level. But, there will always be water in the conduit.

does the new light automatically re sync with the rest to the same color?

No you will need to flip the lights off and back on so many times to get to the color you want for them to all be re synced.

What happens to the water that gets into the pipe when you don’t have a light in there?

If the conduit was installed correctly the water will just sit in the pipe.

Jetline... you can find it at home depot or lowes in the electrical section... electricians call it "pull string"... it's made out of nylon
