Thank you very much!!!!!!!!!!! I followed your recommendation and it works!!!!!! My Iphone 13 Pro is badly damaged with no wifi, bluetooth or cellular capabilities and restoring the data using wireless/cable less is not an option. Backing up took almost 13 hrs to complete 🤕and now I'm in the process of restoring the old data into the new phone. I was lucky to find your video after several attempts to perform data backup failed due to not enough space in the laptop (I'm using itunes). With your video, now the backup data is in the removable HD.

The only concern that I have, when I right click, as you did to confirm that the junction folder within my main iTunes folder showed "0", it actually is showing the back up size seems to be mirroring my new destination folder. Is that normal? I'm on windows 11.

This is actually normal behavior. When you create a junction point, it creates a link between the original folder and the new destination folder. The junction point will show the same size as the target folder, which is your new destination folder. This is because the junction point is essentially a shortcut to the target folder, and it's not storing any data itself. In your case, since the junction folder is showing the same size as your new destination folder, it indicates that the junction point is working correctly. The data is being redirected to the new destination folder, and the junction point is simply pointing to that location. So, you don't need to worry about this behavior. It's a normal and expected result of creating a junction point. If you're still unsure or have further questions, feel free to ask!

gah i was wondering, if i changed! why I am out of space on C!!!! This itunes was using another location (it was the on downloaded from the micr store). so I was working and suddenly same thing. OFC I forgo how to change the location and needed to revisit again thnaks@@WebproeducationOrgTechnology
