Save yourself much grief and money. My cables snapped. I don't need the electric door any way. I open manually now. Saved $2,000. for each door fix from dealer thieves ! I opened door as much as I can (1/3rd way open) found black plastic sheathed cable on top , inside , near window. Got cutters and cut cable. Now it opens all the way. Both sides fixed. Cost me nothing !!!! Do it and save $$$$$$ and grief. No taking apart door either !!!!.
