I like many others have an Epic Ski where the rudder cable tubes have failed ( rattle and pedals fall back) Super disappointing, can you do a video on replacing the nylon tubes please?

What happens if that tape slips off and gets stuck in the canal?

Tape is a bad idea because if your tape job comes off halfway thru you'll really have a mess. At Paddlesports of Naples we use a 1" long piece of heat shrink tubing instead of tape.

We did exactly this!! Simple end to end poor man’s splice, a couple of drops of CA glue and heat shrink.

how is this the "other way"? Thats how i did mine and im new to skis and never seen it done before. A few tips from a newbie lol Get yourself a pair of scissors instead of using a kitchen knife and using tape at the end of a rudder rope looks ugly and is bound to come off for sure. I cant believe u have never seen a litter used! are u meant to be a pro?
