Are you sure the lip should be on the right side ??? I had my original one replaced, when I removed it was on the opposite side

What’s the model for the engine air filter so I know to get the right one

Just google the exact year make and model of your Nissan kick for air filters and it will generate the one for you. You could also go to your local auto parts store and they can look it up in their computer and tell you which one you need.
