You should read the manual anyway because he skipped a couple of important pieces of information here. Holosun tells you to use a little blue loctite on the threads and tighten the screw to 5 inch lbs. no problem if you don’t have a torque screwdriver. Just don!t overtighten. With the blue loctite, snug is good.

Definitely may want to consider some type of thread locker on that screw. The screw on my worked it's way loose never to be seen again.

I just bought one of these. That battery tray is a terrible design. I wish it was more like the Fastfire 3 and Venom sights. I hope I like it, but it’s getting off to a good start.
