that is some cheap nasty tech for a modern bike. mine has the same system. its the same ui you get on cheap synths or cheap watches no one wants. im pretty sure there must be a way to convert my 09 to a full tft screen. its only displaying info sent from sensors. the screen itself isnt actually doing anything.EDIT: ive just into it, you cant haha, it turns out the tft screens have a wider funcntionality that would make most of it useless on an mt. shame, the ktm ones look amazing in comparison.
