Strongly agree with you with the screws. I bough a dual bel kit with cheap screws and one of the head of the screw broke, I had to drill through it to get it out and access my belt. Some metal fell in my motor and now my board is dead
@ONSRA4 жыл бұрын
Cheap screws is the most annoying thing ever. Especially on Belt motors it’s really Super important!

Got my board June 9th and I love the thing! I replaced the stock bushings to 97A pink venom bushings and I’m waiting for your Abec pulleys and cloud wheels to be available on the website so I can snag a pair of both.

When you change a pully between 40T to 45T do you have to change bearing of the pully as well ? Does it come with bearings inside ? One or two ? Or when you buy the other Pully bearings are already installed in?
@JuizzyAllstars2 жыл бұрын
How come you changed your pulleys from Metal to plastic?
@luckydog69753 жыл бұрын
So I bought your black carve 2 the second week it came out and besides tightening down the bushings I've left the board completely stock ive got 830 miles on the board and this is what I can say. When I ride alone I ride hard! The board will continuously go 27mph until the board drops 2 bars of battery that's about 10-12 miles depending on wind. Once the remote reads 3 bars of battery left it drops to 24-25mph for about 5 more miles before it drops another bar where it only goes about 22-24mph and i dont know how long it last after that because my feet hurt and im usually home by 20 miles. Again that's HARD riding non of my other friends who own boards like these ride like I do. Full throttle from stops full stop at stop signs and lights. Then theres the times i ride with friends they cant go as fast as me anyway so im usually between 15-24mph the whole time sometime much slower and we can go for over 30 miles the furthest ive seen my board was 33 mile and i still had 2 battery left so it really all depends on how you ride. Next summer im buying everything to give me top speed and seeing how that will change my riding experience

Hi, can you do a video on correct belt tension. I have a challenger and just passed 102ks in my first week I blew a belt at 80ks and just blew my 2nd belt at 102ks I emailed onsra Australia about it but didn't get a response. I don't want to be buying 2 belts a week but I'm assuming it's either the tension too tight from factory or faulty belts
@ONSRA2 жыл бұрын
Yes we can and we have done a video on belt tension already. Check some other belt how to videos and you will find it

@Fabi @ONSRA, you said that you make everything with metal several times in this video! I just got the AT Kit in the mail and was unhappy to see that the pulleys are plastic!! What happened man? Love the board.
@fabiandörig3 жыл бұрын
It would be insanely heavy with Metal Pulleys this big. We actually test plastic pulleys at this moment as we think they work better on Kegel Metal Core Wheels. No overheating here anyway + it's all a bit lighter too. Metal on Metal is kind of a problem we figured out as it's never gonna be 100% perfect.. Plastic always stays the same and never changes it's form in the cold and heat. There's too many points actually so later this year we might change to plastic pulleys if it turns out to be all good
@fabiandörig3 жыл бұрын
Btw the At wheels we created way after this video and it needed multiple tests too. Metal wouldn't work at all. In fact I think no-one does Metal pulleys for At wheels..
@christruglia64463 жыл бұрын
@@fabiandörig thanks for explanation. I figured it had to do with weight. I got the 45T ABEC (for 120mm CloudWheels) and 40T ABEC (for 105mm CloudWheels) with the 45T KEGEL of course and just really like that all are metal. I haven’t tried the AT setup yet. Anyway, super impressive board. Powerful, fast, and fun. Stock wheels have crazy grip. Best purchase in the past year by far.

Quick question. I have the Onsra belt driver version and I cant remember if there was a washer in the pulley before you put the wheel to the pulley. anyone have an idea?
@PeterPiccolo4 жыл бұрын
would your metal pulleys work with the wowgo 3x belt driven board or are they specific only to the onsra boards?

Just replaced the bearings on the wheels. What is the size of the bearings on the adapters?

I'm waiting for my DD beauty . I wanted less maintenance and expected less performance than the dual belt but you say the dual belt is more 'waterproof' and your preferred version?
@ONSRA4 жыл бұрын
I will film a couple videos about the differences no worries. Next video ;)
@wowcolors Жыл бұрын
A lot of this video is talking about how metal is so much better but the pulleys you sell on your site are plastic and the onsra BC3 comes with plastic pulleys. What happened?
@ONSRA Жыл бұрын
That's the issue we had with metal: If metal gets cold and hot (weather) all the time. We think the material is moving and sometimes we weren't able to take off for example the Rubber wheels anymore after a long time. With plastic there's no such issue
@bobcole60814 жыл бұрын
what board/setup would you recommend for 120+kg rider?
@ONSRA4 жыл бұрын
We recommend 45T pulleys + harder wheels amything above 73A ahould be perfect depends on the range you expect
@KilianKunz4 жыл бұрын
Weighing 88 kg, which pully would you recommend? 40 or 45?
@ONSRA4 жыл бұрын
40 definitely as for now we don’t have the 45 T option available. Coming soon though
@AXavier0074 жыл бұрын
I’m curious… Can you put extra large (6.5in to 7” inch) AT wheels like your “Onstra AT” board... on the “ DIRECT DRIVE” Black Carve? Or is it just limited to your 2 types of stock wheels you offer? 🤔🛹
@ONSRA4 жыл бұрын
Hey Xavier. It’s possible but we don’t recommend it. You gonna have less torque. If you wanna ride offroad then definitely get the Belt version.
