How to Change the Throttle on the Razor E300 and E300S Electric Scooter

I have my cousin's e300s that she crashed and it's been sitting in my grandma's basement for 10 years. I plan to replace the battery and throttle assembly since that's what broke, thanks for the tutorial!

That's an on/off switch - I want a real throttle control and I don't want to have to be going 3mph to turn it on!

You'd have to get a stronger motor, and battery to meet the voltage, and a controller that would be able to handle the new variables.
