There's no reason to undersell yourself to them as it should $1k and over, and remember you can always move onto another brand deal if they don't want to work with you at those high prices.

I charged $5,000 for my first brand deal. I didn't think they would accept my offer but they did because I put together a pdf with a screenshot from my MacBook of my screen usage for each program I use in the video editing and research process. It amounted to over 26 hours per video and I set my rate to $200/hr. I also explained the value my content could provide to them. This was my first sponsorship but I just need to figure out how to reach out to brands and actually get them to reply because as of now I still haven't figured that part out.

This video was great. I just got contacted today by a company (just got 1K subs a week ago) and they asked me what are my rates. I was thinking about $1,000 for a review of their services, I wasn't so sure about it, but now that's what I'll tell them- maybe I'll ask for more. They also said " We are interested in adding integrated ads to your videos, ranging from 30-60sec ". By that do you think they mean a video sponsorship? If so, what should I reasonably charge for that?
