Comfirmed charger works with phone, but no lights when fishhawk is place on like described. Are there reports of faulty units? Or is there something i can do to fix it?

@FishHawkElectronics I troubleshooted more and solved it. The initial connection wouldn't happen, for whatever reason. But I was able to solve it by doing the following; I noticed the charger worked as described with any other device, so I allowed the blue light to come on using my phone as a recipient. Once connected I slid the FishHawk unit onto the pad as I pulled the phone off, never allowing the charger to break from it's charging cycle. This initiated the charge to the probe, moisture sensors facing down to the pad. The red light came on and the blue light stayed on. SUCCESS!! Since then, it has connected every time. Not sure what this bug was about, but that was my fix. Initiate charge with a separate device, immediately place probe on charging pad and connection was made. Might be worth looking into. Might also have a fluke of an occurrence. But it took us 3 weeks to burn thru a full charge, while attempting to charge every day with no success until a day ago.

@@leviburns89 Hey Levi, it has a smart charge. It won't charge if the battery is full. So, if you're trying to charge it every day, it may not start a charge.
