@Raj Kumar You can see it in this video there is a adapter to convert standard IEC connector to a 3 pin plug. SO you can use same cable with the adapter to charge it from any 5 amp socket.

Hi Narmada, The Chetak can be charged from any 5 AMP Socket whether at Home or Outside. If you can charge your Mobile phone there, you can charge your Chetak as well. #chetak #experienceelectric

Chetak is focusing on LOOTING Customers...!!! I booked one in Jan'20 and still waiting for delivery. Further Adding to misery, they have raised prices by 15% (SHOCKING..!!) and also the charging kit promised complimentary while booking is now @ 10K extra (UNBELIEVABLE..!!). Chetak is on self destruction MODE & DEPLETING brand by fooling and looting loyal Customers. #BADCHETAK

Hi, the prices of Chetak have been revised upwards due to increased input costs. Also, When Chetak was launched in January, we had indicated a limited period offer where the Chetak Home Charging Socket and installation were provided for free. This limited period offer has been withdrawn w.e.f. 1st October 2020. We request you to contact your Dealership for more details.

People (loyal customers) who booked early and are waiting for so long should not be treated like this...... The new rates can be made applicable for new bookings but not for Old Bookings....!!! Dealership says to contact Bajaj-Chetak............. Bajaj-Chetak says to contact Dealership....... WOW...!!! That's the way you treat customers..!!! PS. Suppose I live in a flat (PG) and there's no charging point in the garage. Even if there is, chances are that the building owner won't let me charge because he/she won't be able to calculate the cost of charging my EV and maybe charge me a heft amount. The batteries aren't detachable so I won't be able to take them to my room on 3rd-4th floor, charge it and bring it back. There are no charging stations in Navi Mumbai so that's again another issue. Solutions : 1. Own the house where you are living or be the sole tenant 2. Argue with the building owner if he/she could fit in a meter just for your electric vehicle in the garage 3. Live on the ground floor of your PG/rental flat/building
