Blood Contains different constituents, sugar is one of them, which plays an important role in energy production for cells. if the level of sugar increase proportionally and Insulin in the body fails to maintain homeostatic condition or Insulin receptor got blocked by lipids, or any other reason, diabetes result. Prevention is always better than cure so if you want to take control in your hand than you should monitor your blood glucose level on a regular basis, here is a demonstration of the glucometer of Max company. there are several other manufacturers that are also available but the working principle is the same.
Procedure-
1- Sterilize the finger with the help of alcohol swab for the blood glucose level determination by Glucometer
2- Massage the finger gently to allow the proper blood flow to the tip of the finger
3- Switch on the glucometer by pressing the on/off button
4- Prick the finger with the help of pricker pen for the blood glucose level determination by Glucometer
5- Place a drop of blood on the sensor tip of glucometer
6- Wait for few seconds till a beep sounds come from the machine
7- Result shows your blood glucose level
