Automatic Transmission Fluid Level ?

The automatic gearbox oil level is not really part of your standard levels check now. If it was myvehicle I would get the automatic gearbox oil changed at 60,000 miles. They usually do not need the level checked unless experiencing gearbox issues. The gearbox has a level plug also a filler plug and also a drain plug. The vehicle needs to on the ramps to get to them and I would recommend a Toyota approved centre does it for you. Thanks for your comments and thanks for watching my channel kind regards Tim

seems this version assin transmission cancel the traditional dipstick, and become a AZ transmission plug/nut type on the side of the actual transmission, which is a hassle to raise the car.

What's the use of Ad blue, cos my Toyota some times blows out whitesh smoke like for a few seconds and then it stops by its self.

thats the diesel particulate filter DPF regenerating (it slowly gets clogged up and when/if you do a motorway drive it can self clean)

The new Hilux I had 2015-2018, had to go into the shop 3 X, Nd adventurely they installed or replaced a part, we had 12 company utes of the same era and this happened to them all. May be more prominent here in NZ re desiel quality ?
