I was a health & fitness center manager & fitness trainer for many years before I became disabled. What I suggest in choosing a fitness center is: No fluorescent or LED lighting, No wireless devices, No wifi on indoors, No nearby cell towers, None chlorinated pools & steam room, No adjoining buildings to fitness center, no nearby high traffic freeways. All of these things are toxic & unhealthy, After a workout your body is more vulnerable to EMF radiation; everyone is affected by it. Chlorine is always at a toxic level in fitness center pools and causes endocrine problems. Pollution & electrosmog from high traffic areas is very toxic. Avoid it if the employees are not fit & healthy. Do not join if the fitness center requires you to do automatic drafts from your bank or credit card. Avoid fitness centers that are owned by foreign owners and have all foreign employees, most chain fitness centers are foreign owned. Never give them your bank info or credit/debit info. Disabled & elderly are often scammed by fitness centers. Even be careful about YMCA, they all don't care about your health, they just want your $.

Oh god, I wish the gym in my town had an indoor pool 😏 I really need more hydro therapy.
