i've been trying to contact you through your website, but it's not working. thought i'd try here. i just wanted to thank you for posting how you can do things with one hand in the kitchen. i just lost the use of my dominant right hand this past week due to cellulitis. we are hoping this going to be temporary, but if/until i get better i need to learn how to function without it. your video really made me stop feeling so sorry for myself and think how can i do the things i need to do.

I have Cerebral Palsy on the right side of my body, and I did a search how to chop onions with one hand. I'm going to have to see if I can make a similar board. Something like that would help greatly!

Thanks, yeah I live with my mom and have to get her help at chopping or slicing things. So if we can build something like that to give me just a little bit more freedom it'd help so much with getting meals prepped. and cooked. I'm 32, and with that help and freedom would make me feel so much independent too.
