Hello,the white scum line,is solid,I have a mutil surface cleaner recommended by hot tub provider,no joy,it's really rough the scum line,any thing else I can use without damaging the hot tub thanks

Rented a hot tub and only used it a few hours with just two of us and we got a bit of scum and the water wasn’t clear anymore. Going to try out the sponges and do a ph test and see how it goes

Follow up it was amazing. Did get the water changed in between because a lot of different people got in but it lasted the whole night and day. was definitely better than without

Help. I purged, drained, cleaned and refilled my hot tub. When I filled it back up and balanced chemicals, I’m getting an oily film on the water and some yellow gunk build up on the walls. Any ideas !!? Do I need to re drain??

Spa water is clear, no scum rings on tub, but scum sponges or scum balls turn brown? Help?
