Beautiful finish Justin - just goes to show the original job of laying the slabs must have been top class too, to have lasted that well over 2 years! Perhaps there's opportunities for building a 'Cleaning and Maintenance' time-frame into the original costings? Just a thought!

Thanks Dave for that positive post as always thanks mate. Yea ive offered some maintenance if people want it but most dont want it .I always give clear advice on looking after each project with maintenance the customer can easily do for themselves it seems to work . Great idea Dave 🙌👌👍

The location where you are chatting I can see slabs still looking dirty around you. I assume porcelain slabs can be difficult to clean if they haven't been sealed properly beforehand. They do have micro pores that can hold on to dirt?

I've not seen porcelain that looks so rustic before. Lesson I learned - I bought my first pressure washer to do my new porcelain patio and block drive. I users the turbo nozzle by mistake and it chipped a lot of the edges, we replaced the worst slab. The machine is rather powerful (AVA P80 EVO). Just don't want anyone else having this issue that this big clumsy sod had😂!
