Hi. If I use the RSF Shell with core replacement in retrofit to replace the Hvac equipment but reusing all the pipes, asusuming there are not solid particles only moisture and acidity. I must have a pressure drop through the filter too? If I Only have moisture and acidity do not cause me a pressure drop too?

I always flush the system after a burnout, and I recycle the refrigerant and start fresh with virgin refrigerant. My reasoning is to remove as many contaminants as possible. Is a flush and new refrigerant necessary with an oversized liquid line dryer and a suction filter? Thanks.

The refrigerant is not damaged by the burnout and can be reused, provided the contaminants are removed.
