How to clean Canon Printers

Very informatrive and inexpensive way to resolve print head problem. Thank you for basically explaining the simple, necessary steps to clean it up. I almost bought a new printer due to my frustration in not being able to operate it on several trials. It's also wise to check the ink content of any shelved/stashed unused cartridge whether or not it dried up. Not because it came from a sealed plastic package, one can immediately install it without prudently examining the ink content. No ink would result into the same error code caused by clogged print head. This situation happened in my case twice in the past. Again, thank you so much for your much-needed audio-visual instruction. Great job!!!

Hello have an mg6460 that I have managed to remove the printhead from but now can't see how to put it back in! Any ideas? Thanks

Where you made/or get injector for nozle head canon?, its brilian idea.. , are made spesial or lucky same size?

I have the MG5550 cannon with the B200 error code, I had clean the printhead but still the same error, could be something else except the printhead?

Even though the B200 error' is 'clean printer head', it isn't always cleared by cleaning the head. I don't know any other way of clearing the error though.

Printhead Hospital thx for the answer. I see for canon selphy few of them have for sell ,canon stick for cleaning inside,but is almost none on the market

hi, I tried everything solution found on the internet. and still B200 error on my Pixma ix6850 persists.. shame because I know my print head is 100% unclogged and working.. but still the error appeares. I think cannon is messing with software/firmware so it knows that once this particular print -head was damaged and even if now it's fine it doesnt allow it to run.. shame Canon! I really like your products but your customer policy and politics is total crap. I am searching for other printers with the same printer--head so I can buy it cheaper than new print head which is similar price to the whole printer!!!... try MX725, MX922, MX721 and also mx925... they all share same print-head QY-00086

Sorry for that...I had a similar messy problem but I went to KZbin and the problem was solved in a minute
