THANK YOU! I like to think i'm pretty handy around the house but it's always the little things that we don't pay enough attention to. Our city shut off the water to do work on pipes and when they turned it back on, there was TONS of sediment and debris in the lines and all of our sinks and water heater went to extreme low flowing because of all the buildup in not only the filter you helped me with but pretty much every sink in the house! Definitely made me more aware of how the plumbing works. Thanks again!

Thanks for this video. I have a Rheem tankless. I'm on a well system which is very good water. However, the filter gets clogged easily affecting water pressure. I dn know my well produced so much grit. You're video made it easy. Thanks again.

Great video. I have the exact same setup and this will make it easier to do mine. I'm gonna look and see if there are filter replacements to capture smaller particulates

The blue shut off valve handle is the cold water coming from outside to the water heater

What is the name of the plier you used to loosen the water filter?
@OneTequilaTwoTequila Жыл бұрын
It's called the inappropriate plier.

You might want to rethink this, The first time I cleaned mine it developed a small leak and I had to replace the o-ring seal. The second time I cleaned it, it developed so many leaks all over the inside and even leaks where there were no o-ring seals. I had to replace the tankless water heater, so I went back to a conventional type water heater. The tankless was not but a little over a year old, what a waste of money.

You need to move your videos along quicker! You could have shaved off 2-3 minutes on this! Annoying!

You can self correct this issue, just increase the speed. I watch all DIY's at 1.25/1.5x

People always find a reason to complain about anything. Dude took the time to make a video to help people and you bitch because he didn't edit it how you like.
