Love my felco no2’s and 8’s. You didn’t get the sap off your blade I advise you use a Niwaki cream mate bar they’ll come up nice shiny like new 👍🏻

I buy the cheap ones and sharpen them with a grinder when needed

That'll Def work for a homeowner but an arborist or gardener would kill them in a month or less the $30-40 ones I'd go 2-3 a year this is an awesome alternative
