How to clean the W230 ultrasonic cleaner?

@uniformation3dprinter You say in other comments that IPA can go directly into the sonic cleaner. Your user manual also says to put in 95% IPA. However, it is generally known that sonic cleaners heat up the liquid inside and that IPA is at risk of catching on fire when heated up. It is generally recommended to never put IPA directly into any sonic cleaner, regardless of brand. What does your sonic cleaner do special that prevents it from from heating up the IPA too much and thus prevents the risk of a possible explosion?

Hi, you can replace the wash liquid when you feel the model is still sticky after washing.

Hi, yes. The sponges were used to suck up the dirty resin, you can leave the IPA in the cleaner until the next print. You don't need to clean the vat after every use. Clean the vat when you have failed prints.

Hi, there. Usually, we recommend IPA to get a better result, but please do not heat the IPA. If you use other cleaning liquid, that's no problem. When you use IPA, be sure to place your cleaner in a well-ventilated room.

@@uniformation3dprinter Hi. I'm thinking of getting this. Where do you get the replacement sponges from, though? I couldn't see anything on your site? Do you just clean it and put it back (although I suspect it will get well skanky over time)?

@@TheHunch8ack There are 2 sponges that come with the package. If you want more sponges, it can be ordered on the Amazon site or a retail store, then cut them to fix the size. Good news is that our team is planning to sell on Amazon soon.
