Hey Doc, can you please do a video on tonsil stones? I cough them up but when I look back there to see if I have any, I never see them. Is there a more effective way to get them out?

I notice i get them only when I’m eating lots of dairy, sugar and carbs. If I clean up my diet, the stones go away and stay away

I scrape my tongue with a tongue cleaner every day and night ...also spray it with diluted food grade hydrogen peroxide and clean that way. Don't have bad breath...or gagging reflex...😝

Using hydrogen peroxide for tongue cleaning over a longer period may result in black hairy tongue.

Here I was about to get a copper or mental tongue 👅 scrapper/tongue cleaner from Amazon I just used a🥄 spoon & it works BETTER thanks doctor for the awesome tip It actually cleaned my tongue very well
