Brush your teeth twice and never forget to clean the tongue. NEVER. Also after every meal clean in between the teeth by flossing. And the last best step is once u clean everything, teeth and tongue, brush with salt and then you r good to go. I stated my own hygiene routine. And it works really really good.

This has nothing to do with brushing teeth if you have issues with your kidneys your liver this will show up as if you having bad breath OK you could brush your teeth 1,000,001 times that’s how it’s going to show up if you have the issues with Gerd same thing Will show up as halitosis . I have a friend that doctor convinced her that the odor coming from her mouth is because her teeth were infected she took out all her teeth and she still had the same problem man what would that make you how old that make you feel. These dentists are just in it for money they’re just like the doctors they don’t know what’s your problem is to just give you medication and unnecessary surgery to make money and they’re not getting to the underlying issues. I was confused I almost had that done because when I brush my teeth my gums bleed do you know what my problems were I was deficient I was deficient in vitamin C take vitamin C it for a couple of days and the issues went away.In a lot of these issues you need to have probiotic in your diet sauerkraut kimchi special yogurt etc.

Contrary to what many people believe, I think crooked teeth are the most common reason for bad breath (especially crooked molars), since they trap food in between and you won't even be aware of the problem. I'd recommend using a water floss to check if there's any food particles stuck between your teeth. If you have this problem, consider wearing braces to straighten your teeth for the best long-term results. If your teeth and dental hygiene are perfect but you still struggle with halitosis, examine other causes (like stomach,...) (although this is much rarer)

I’ve had chronic bad breath for like 7 years now. And I’m 17 years old now. I basically went through doctor and the doctor said couldn’t diagnose anything saying that some people just have that naturally and maybe I got allergic, and that there is nothing I can do to fix it. I already went to dentist, and the densist said that my oral hygiene is near perfect and that my teeth are excellent. I went to EHT doctor too and she said I got no sinus, I already remove my tonsil but yet my bad breath still stinks. I brush twice a day in the morning and before I sleep, tried therabreath mouthwash and it didn’t do anything. Even tho I close my mouth it’s still going through my nose and stink up the whole room I enter. Even when someone stand close to me and I didn’t talk they still can smell that bad breath. Some people that don’t know this story and judging me that I have bad oral higene but the truth is I always spent 10-15 minutes in bathroom just to brush my teeth and scrape my tongue and tried everything I can. After that use hydrogen peroxide 3% as your mouth wash and gargle with it and rinse it out with water. Your mouth will be fresh all day even when you wake up the next morning I do this everyday

A lot of the bad smell is blood in your mouth from poor gum health. I used to floss and there would always be a little blood on the floss which didn't smell good. After a few years of teeth/gum cleanings every four months, now I can floss as hard as I want and the floss is never red because my gums are in perfect shape. My mouth feels and smells so much cleaner than it used to because of that.

Bad breath is not always due to your mouth or teeth or tongue. Even if you have brushed very well and flossed and done all that, it can happen. The reason is bad bacteria in stomach. Basically chemical imbalances in stomach. These people have their mouths smelling all the time, even after brushing or when they haven't eaten anything or have their mouths closed for a long time. The smell comes from inside in form of gas, it cannot be eliminated off by brushing the teeth or cleaning the mouth, which has nothing to do with the smell itself. To fix this, take lemon water daily in the morning. The problem will be gone within 2 weeks, but don't stop the lemon water. Take it everyday. Do some pranayama daily morning, like kapalbhati and anulom vilom.

Brush your teeth with coconut oil and gargle and move it around in your mouth. bad breath has so many reasons. It's, teeth, tongue, tonsil or the insides of stomach or colon. cigarette too. those with dry mouth is also prone. mine is tonsil issue. teeth is not the issue all the time. if you brush, floss and gargle and scrape tongue than your teeth is clean. Tonsilectomy is needed for large tonsil because it has pockets and since it is large food debri gets stuck. sinusitis is also stinky for some people. The worse part is stinky person, ugly is fine but stink is much worse. so if your partner stinks than thats a big problem.
