Thank you so much!!! I did both the spoon trick and un-tripped the overload switch. I didn't have the right size alan wrench. It took less than 5 min and worked like a charm.

Omg I tried the reset button and it didn’t work. Even tried using a wooden spoon to get things moving and that didn’t really help. So glad I checked for the wrench!! And it worked perfectly! This was so informative, thank you 🙏

Well you just saved me a ton of money. Blade was stuck and I used an allen key to move it.

Thank you very much. I was so worried that the motor was burnt out cause the wheels were spinning freely they seemed when I was turning them from the inside. When I used the allen wrench on the bottom, it got stuck just a tad before going freely. Now it works again.
