Does anyone else stutter more and forget words and feel literally stupider than before? Like actually kinda braindead and just "out of it"?

I finished work early coz my brain was not co ordinated. I struggled to complete sentences. I rang my family to ask them if my speech is ok? Do i make sense? Do i sound normal? Answer was yes. I was so concerned that my speech slowed down, confused and dis orientated.

So my brain fog kicked in about 2 weeks ago. I was trying to keep myself busy and taking walks after work. Basically over exerting myself thinking I would make myself tired. I couldn't gather my thoughts or understand what other people were saying to me. It was pretty scary. Ended up in the emergency room twice in 2 weeks. I thought something was really wrong with me. All the different diseases I could have, possibly diabetes. I thought to myself what would make me feel so bad? I feel like the more active I got the worst it got. But I watched your video this morning. Within 15 minutes I started getting some clarity and realizing I wasn't alone. My anxiety actually made me sick. It's hard to come to grips with that but at this point anything helps. Thank you for teaching me to calm down Instead of trying to move at a faster pace. I felt better now for about 4 hours. But I know I have a lot of work to do with relaxing and meditation. Thank you again for the video. All my best.

To my fellow anxious angels try gratitude affirmations in the morning and remaining present it’s hard I know but try to think about what you appreciate about the place you’re in now not the place you want to be

Yes this is how I feel at times...sometimes even during distracted or distressed moments ...and suddenly i forgot what i was doing or what someone said ... Worst on those days of the month ... Accepting anxiety is so hard but so necessary!

My therapist has been recommending these for long, but i am nit consistent with my practices. I have an exam near and now i am regretting for not taking care earlier. Being consistent with medication, meditation and mindfulness is what i seek I hope

Thanks to my intelligence I used to be appreciated, I was so happy that I could accomplish things, receive recognition at work.. My brain was my everything.. I felt alive. Now due to depression everyday I just feel like a zombie having a nutshell puffed with cotton as a brain, I can't speak properly, have no conversation, I can't think clearly even for a simple thing, I became so useless, transparent, rejected... It makes me depress more, I don't know if i'll ever get over It I'm so hopeless.

I use to love deep thinking when I was depressed it's what got me out of it but just this past year I got my first panic attack and anxiety and I began to over think and it got to a point my anxiety was debilitating and it was difficult to think but currently my brain feels like it's on vacation which I actually think it's nice as to allow it to have a break from how long dealing with anxiety and over thinking and worrying and it's nice living in the moment without so much living in the head which I do miss it was very beneficial during my depression it was literally what cured it however with anxiety it was my curse. I haven't fixed my brain fog that's why I'm here for tips but I'm starting to get better I'm no longer sensitive to any physical symptoms and that but still on the journey to recovery.

I wish it was that easy, I am watching this video and I am also asleep kind of, eyes open, words in your ears, understanding, trying to remember it all but still asleep! I have my really important exams in next 30 days and I am NOT studying at all due to this brain fog thing! It feels so dead inside being in this situation and at the same time you cannot help yourself out of it too! 😓
