1. salicylic acid. rub it and let the lather sit on the butt for few min and wash it off 2. benzoyl peroxide. also can be used as deodrant 3. tight clothes are not so recommended 4. change if ur clothes are too sweaty , wash the sweat off from ur skin. 5. blue light led 6. high insulin and processed foods dries out the oilyness in skin and acne flares up. reduced them to a very little or totally avoid taking them. for some ppl dairy is a trigger too. may be switch to almond milk 7. see a derm.

I guess today's the day I admit I have butt acne, lol! One big trigger for me is friction. Anything that rubs my bum repeatedly is going to cause a flare. Something like wearing a thong under skinny jeans is a big no-no! Sadly, spin classes are also big triggers (because of friction from the saddle) but I haven't been able to go since March anyway... I've used a salicylic acid body cream for a long time and I can't say it makes a huge difference. However I discovered Panoxyl thanks to Dr Dray and that works really well, especially in case of a big flare. One thing that needs to be said: be careful not to get those treatments (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide) on your lady parts. Not good.

New to this channel and I'm already in love, I learnt a lot in just one video. Any chance you would like to talk more about back acne and the marks&scars? I've been having back acne for years and years, and those acne and marks make me afraid of wearing backless clothes bcuz I don't wanna let people see my skin :(

I am guilty of sinning in all types of ways that would cause buttne! I used to think exfoliating the skin chemically would help and remember using this expensive Neostrata glycolic body lotion, but I couldn't keep up with buying it and what it cost me to do so on a regular basis. Recently came across another one of your videos where you recommended the Cerave SA and urea uh.. cream? It's more of a consistency of an ointment. Anyway, at half the price of that other lotion I bought it and have applied it to the area about 3 times and all the acne I had there is all but gone. Thanks so much!

Thank you!!! Equestrians like myself have this issue due to wearing riding breeches/tights everyday. I use a that same spray after riding to get rid of bacteria for the drive home. Once I get home, I shower. There’s no place to change at the barn.

I work in IT and sIT for hours a day - especially during this pandemic - and was wondering what to do about this problem specifically. I saw on a previous video you mentioned some of the same types of products. I just so happened to have a couple of bottles of an AHA hand and body lotion that I bought but hadn't used yet. I started using it on that region and also on my neck and shoulder area where I was getting break outs and it has completely cleared me up. I use it 3-4 times a week because it's pretty strong. I have also since changed my laundry soap and fabric softener. Thank you so much for the continued education for all of us, you have helped so many. Would you please do a video on laundry soaps and fabric softeners and what types of skin irritants they may contain - or talk about what products you use and why?

I use dandruff shampoo for my butt folliculitis (aka butt acne). I leave in on for a minute while I scrub my body. then I apply chemical exfoliation cream a few times a week.

Ive been having butt acne for 9 years and on going , and most of them have left dark spot marks and patches on me . I wish i can remove them or clear the spots away its making me feel uneasy to show and wear clothes i like . my boyfriend is also another reason , not that he is grossed out or anything but more of me and dealing with them confidently.
