geez I'm happy I don't do tutorial videos because people with clearly no idea about computers but claiming the opposite think you can magically revert bad changes MS imposed on everyone... thanks for the video (there are apps that can change your windowsx GUI but this is not the point of this video and most come with a pretty high security risk)

This is the best one, all the others want you to go deep into the OS, it should be more obvious in Windows, people like there privacy, come on Windows 11. At least I made a lot more private after going deeper into settings.

Thank you! I get so annoyed whenever I see those. I prefer having a “Clean” looking desktop and I don’t like seeing those things. I never even once clicked on files from there and if I ever wanted/needed to open a file, I just look for it and so I never used this feature. It just annoys me and I find myself deleting those every time something pop up there.

ask microsoft a YT video can't change the OS interface...we all think the tiles system was better, every version they make it worse adding layer and layers of opacity to make the OS harder to use and fyi we will next lose control of the taskbar because their next windows feature is going to be ADS in the OS

Are you using the pre-release/leaked build of Windows 11? Then, it will be laggy. If you upgrade to the most recent build of Windows 11 (21H2, as of now), it will probably be less laggy. If the problem persists, you have a weak PC or you need to free up some storage space.

can come from a lot of things I don't use laptops but I would take a look at your power profiles, low battery mode greatly reduces power usage and ruins gaming I say this because even on a 700watts monster tower pc power profiles messed up my gaming with a ryzen 5000 cpu

You need to CHANGE the title to "How to DISABLE Recommended". This DOES NOT show how to CLEAR the Recommended items from the Start Menu as it currently implies. 😒

​@@fredEVOIX Wow, did you WATCH the rest of the video?? Or can you just not READ?? 🤣 What he does at 00:48 is clear the File Explorer history, NOT the Recommended items! You can CLEARLY SEE this 12 seconds later when he re-opens the Start Menu and ALL of the Recommended items are STILL THERE. 🙄
