How to View Recently Opened Apps in Windows 10

Very non-intuitive. I have search bar switched off and expected to see recently launched programs somewhere in the Start menu. Why we see there most used apps and don't see recent apps? Total madness.

I agree strongly. It is like most basic and most powerful ergonomic feature of modern computing is not implemented. Why is that? btw: I cannot get that "frequent" showing up even with this advice.
