The most important hability in solo iron: being lucky and getting a team that actually knows that you can use utility in this game. Or, you know, a team that don’t afk, rage quit, troll, or (if ur extra lucky) a team that has at least one other member that is more than 10 years old.

Bro, people are so bad in iron that you could just outaim them for the most part. Play Reyna, kill their entire team and use your teammates as information gathering . For example, its good to see where the enemy team is even if your teammates die as at least they gave you info. If your aim and crosshair placement is good, you'll easily win

In My rank placement i queue against gold and plat player, but my team is always lower rank compared to enemy team. In some games i will have 25 kills and manage to clutch few rounds but my team can never execute 4v2 if i die or some players will disconnect after 4 rounds having 0 kills causing my team to be 4v5.

I personally just got a game where my team started out 5v5 in first few rounds and I got lots of kills while 2 players got little to no kills at all and died almost every single round. No trash talk involved, but guess what? Those 2 players disconnected 5 rounds in leaving our team in a 3v5 situation. But I still played my heart out and thank god we managed to come back with only 3 players. My take from the experience is take the god damn ODIN. That gun is fuking busted but seems like very few players in low elo utilize it. I tried phantom and vandal in the past only to get a few kills and die constantly. But when I finally got myself an Odin, boy Im telling ya I won 3 consecutive ranked games (including the 3v5 one) with 2 games where I got mvp with 20-22 kills and only 8-10 deaths. Hope this helps

@@arfan4083 get kovaaks and practice a Playlist specifically tailored for valorant. Practice in kovaaks for at least one hour, then do a couple death matches to practice your crosshair placement, recoil control, and peeking until you feel confident. Then go into your games and shit on kids. This is what i did to go from silver 3 to plat 3.

Better than most escape ELO hell videos that assume your gold because you don't have your monitor on. Here's the problem I have, I have map awareness, I know the angles, I know how to be aggressive and passive and I mix it up, I know how to trade kill and coordinate with teammates. But my aim is just average, as is my reaction time and when I start playing Plat or higher, I start getting out shot, which usually gets in my head and then my aim gets worse than it normally is. What would you recommend for a player like me?

Best teammates are the ones with smoke. And giving free smokes for enemy to cross safely when we are on def. Then using smokes on our angles when we're on attack instead of smoking enemy sniping spots.

Seak -_- you could technically just get screwed by matchmaking (if you solo queue) and always play on the losing team. You could argue that it’s easy to carry Iron players, but if you’ve only been in Iron you’ve only ever played with and against Iron players, making it hard to progress. I’m diamond, I know what I’m talking about. Don’t worry man, if you practice, you’ll start ranking up really fast.

Solo Queue is still meh here, its rare that you get good team mates, otherwise you get people lower than rank and then the team game just doesn't happen. Forget about using comms and everything else.

Sometimes it cant find a player that''s your rank so it has to put a lower or higher player just to fill the spot. It almost never happens across Europe or in the US, but in other parts of the world it might be an issue.

Man I would expect Iron/Bronze to be low of the low, like people being bad at everything and just lollygagging around. That's not the case. Surprisingly, I feel like so many other players in Iron/Bronze have godlike aim, and I wonder how the hell this happens. I am stuck in Bronze 3. I know I have so much to improve, but it really feels like everyone else has instant reactions, perfect recoil and crosshair placement and so on. If it's like this in bronze, I can't even begin to imagine what it's like in Diamond or higher.

I’m immortal 1 and all I can suggest you do is hop into the range and practise on hard bots for hours on end, sounds brain numbing I know but it will improve your reaction and ability to hit heads instantly better. I usually spend about 30/45 mins before I play doing this everyday

David Irimia watch a lot of pro games, like tsm. Watch people like Wardell or Brax stream. This will improve game knowledge and you can imitate there play style. Because what might feel like the right play to you, might not actually be the best decision. Sometimes you can have the worst aim in the game, but if you have the best game knowledge, you can definitely climb. I know i’m far from their level but I understand the plays they make and I 100% believe that’s why I went from gold in the beta to immortal in act 2

Most likely they are not smursf. They are the bronze players that improve and actually rank up quickly after you encounter them. If people that you get suck, you can still carry yourself through bronze if you train your own skill. You could probably solo Silver as well. In Gold, some teamplay will be required if you want to rank up further. It's the best to practice teamplay as soon as you can, but I'm aware that it's hard in soloq.

I dont like how you mentioned working on head level crosshair placement in gold, from my experience, as soon as you get to silver, youre gonna need head level crosshair placement. by the time you reach gold player get actually not bad so even if you "learn your crosshair placement" youre just going to get jiggle peak one tapped and your crosshair placement is going to do nothing. I would say learning how to peek and really working on aim would be better than just saying work on crosshair placement.

Idk, i do all of these things, crosshair placement etc. Im team or match mvp really often but i still lose and just cant rank up. My peak was Gold 3 but im now stuck in gold 2 ... Ranked system is just trash

Hey I'm a silver player but why do I get matched (most of the times) with platinum or even some diamond players? I hardly get 10 kills in a match. And now I am fcking stuck in bronze 3....🤔🤔

Probably not enough silver players in your area. The game prioritizes servers closest to you, and if you live in a country where the game is not as popular, there's less players in each rank, which means the matchmaking system must put a different rank when yours aren't availible.

Iron to bronze and in some cases silver should look at their setting and in some cases their hardware. Bad frames, laggy computer bad internet can be a real bottleneck. In terms of settings I'm talking sens: many don't know that even if your mouse is a 16.000dpi spec, what you really want is a lower dpi setting and lower sens that makes aiming easier. By low I mean like 1000dpi 0.5 sens or lower. I play with 800dpi 0.4 sens but it really depends on the individual.

Valorant is really low in resource consumption, so most likely if it's running bad on someone's PC, no other game would even run on it. I think these days most people have at least some cheap but fairly recent laptop, which is usually more than enough to play Valorant on at least 60 FPS.

Bronze is underrated every good player thinks it’s the same as iron but because of smurfs and tons of really good hardstuck players even platinum tips seem obvious I’ve played in a few gold games and tbh it felt almost the same as some bronze games
