The part I hate most about climbing in i.o score is the wait time. You waste around 70% of the time waiting to get into keys that would get you score and not actually playing the game

Thanks for the tips - I still wonder about solutions for that key range (say +25 - +28), for people who are unable / choose not to play with a regular group. Finding / joining a group for weekly scheduled dungeons for many people, is simply not an option. Yet these people still want to push high keys, and should be able to. I feel way more could be done to build new vibrant discord and wow communities/guilds targeted at this subset of puggers.. Talking about people here who run multiple keys per week, pushing above +25 - but can't commit to a weekly schedule of pushing in advance.

Not even about having a Discord for it. The issue is Rio does not decay or decrease in any way, so there is literally no feedback whatsoever. You never know who's carried and who's good, 'cause people can just keep sitting in LFG and depleting other people's key and just get lucky ONCE and have their Rio permanently increased. This, in turn, makes everybody in LFG mistrustful of everybody else, and you end up queueing for so long just to +1 keys that a lot of people give up. The whole M+/Rio scoring and keystone (depleting) system needs to be overhauled somehow.
