Legends of WoW is a new series in which Preach has a long form discussion with various people in the World of Warcraft scene. In this video Preach interviews Xaryu; a legend in WoW PVP and in trying to make gaming healthier.

This is really the first time ive seen a content idea ideally made for a podcast . And i mean this in that it dont need video och pictures. I think if you haven't already thought of it (since you have a playlist for it i suspect you already have) to be a primarly a audio based content. It would work well as podcast and it is a great idea to beginn with. Keep on doing great content!

woah cool! didn't realize Xaryu lives in my home state! Up north in Flagstaff where I live it's way more like Winterspring than Tanaris so there's quite the diversity here. The spot where I think Xaryu proposed to his financee is Devil's Bridge in Sedona. A classic hike that's enjoyed by lots of folks, highly recommended. I'm happy that he's got a fresh take on a more healthy sustainable way to be a hard-core player of a game like WoW for people to follow. Gratz man!

I was only half listening near the end, but one thing his dailies probably would help with are mental health issues as well. It's amazing to me how many full time streamers/gamers have issues like anxiety. Being inside, in front of a screen for hours with a bad diet only helps contribute to that those problems, so a lot of people turn to medication...especially here in the US where doctor's prescribe them like candy. Eating a healthy diet and exercising doesn't solve all the problems in the world obviously, but it does help. So I think Xaryu is doing some good stuff and I'm glad some of his viewers are benefiting from it.
