Thanks a lot! The smallest details are the things that kids will often miss, we always try to break these things down to their smallest parts to help kids understand!

Thanks for the great video. I got a quick question, in general what’s age the spin shoot normally start? My daughter has her regular shoot(inner practice since 5 years old), now she’s 7. Is it too earlier to her? Thank you

It depends how much power she can generate on her shots. Usually kids need to be a Lillie older to hit them successfully but it’s possible at her age if she can generate spin and power,

Hi mate, I coach u10 in New Zealand, and I had a few boys last year that after been hit in the face by the ball during training and in a game, have been afraid to get into the mix, of the game, do u have any tips on getting their confidence back, as they seem to be scared. Your help and advice will be greatly appreciate.

Hi mate, thanks for the comment. It’s a tough topic to fix, but doable. How would you like a video call to chat through it?
