Fyi for anyone running lci or e93. Look for these codes to disable the fogs. I used them to disable the warnings on my 335is. KALTUE_NSW_M2_37_M1_3_C32 - Cold monitoring of front fog lights WARMUE_NSW_M2_37_M1_3_C32 - Hot monitoring of front fog lights

There are a couple of great vids out there to show us how to code our car for free, BUT THIS VID IS THE BEST I'VE FOUND TO DATE, and it was the MOST HELPFUL of all of them in my success to overcome the barrage of codes and chimes from my 335i, on all the LED's I've installed. Thanks so much for that.

@@Makhnovets I would love to see a simple one on getting rid of the seatbelt chime. I already tried someone else's instrux, but that didn't work. I still have the alarms while I'm driving. So that would be a big help. Thanks.

@Savage Motor Gears if the module frm show in bimmercode critical error, after coding the led fog with ncexpertand dummy, I see no more critical error in bimmercode in footwell module. In a few days returning to code with bimmercode i see in the bimmercode critical errors again, is that good or bad, should I reset the frm module or reprogramming?

Yes, all the E-series will have similar if not the same module, sometimes the the coding names is different for some modules, in that case bmw forums will help or text me, and I’ll try to help you!

KALTUEBERWACHUNG_SL_V set to nicht_active if you have LED installed on Angel eye or standing light. CC_MELDUNG_SL_V That one turning the notification off the dash. Standing light only. If that one not going to work(CC_MELDUNG_SL_V) try this one, (CC_MEL_SL_BEI_DEF_RL_BL_1 )

just use the NCS dummy, and check all the options, you be able to find lots of good options, if you have a head unit, you should turn the tuggle for that there, so youll be able to controll it with iDrie.

did you save the original file? if not there special option to get everything to default, i personally newer try it, just check E90 forum, and look for ncsexpert user manual!

make sure you chose the right module, i you will input the wrong body or the module code, it will not show you the option. I have coding tutorial on the channel, youll see on how to use it if you wach it.

Yes, it is, on some cars it's little differant, but in most cases is the same.

What year of manufacturing? What kind of obd u use? Did you replace the frm?

The FRM UNIT. Did it was ever replaced? SO FOR ONE WITH NO SWITCH, you will have to try solder the pin 7and 8. Check your car obd output, if there either of 7 or 8 missing you need do solder k-dcan cable. Otherwise will be looking for different problem.

You need to code the hid light! You have options inside the frm file that will change from regular light to hid. Just let me know if you need little guide about!

You need to code the light in, your car originally come's with reg. light so you need to change it to the hid, but also change the vin to the hid module, it's kind of tricky, but it's can be done. but if you have evrything working the way it should, i would just get read messages, since it's really easy. when you code the FRM module you can find the section with car equipment,(After downloading the file from the frm module take your time and look for) start with changing that to hid light, if that wouldn't help, go ahead and disable control notification! To change the vin on the module use the vin kfp which comes with bmw tools as well, check the google, i seen the good guide there, just need to serch it for a little. Also check the connector if you have all the pins! This is the pinout for the E84 headlight connector. Pin 1 = Angel Eyes Pin 2 = GND for xenon (Not wired for Halogen) Pin 3 = Bi-xenon (low/high beams) Pin 4 = GND Pin 5 = Shutter On/Off Pin 6 = Corner Pin 7 = X Pin 8 = Leveler Pin 9 = Leveler Pin 10= Leveler Pin 11= Leveler Pin 12= Indicator Good luck!

What kind of profile do you use in NCS Expert? also what version of the software? what year of your car? what kind of OBD you use? did you set the latency in device manager to 1?

I would say 99% you have bluetooth, do you have i-drive screen or just radio, for some reason most of the car's from the factory that have no i-drive didn't have the Bluetooth option on, but you can turn it on. Will send you the video when it's ready.
