So they usually do the chrome in light housing cause it's heat resistant... It won't melt with normal paint ? Specially if we have led ?

No sir led’s have a colder operating temp anyway than normal head light bulbs, but normal or LED either one is perfectly fine if surface is prepped correctly

@@JUSTINHAWKSMITH one more thing, when you close the headlights do we have to put glue or change some seal or anything like it or just put them snug in their clips ? Nobody ever show how to close them..

You have to clean all the old sealant out then fill the channel with 100% black silicone, press lenses till all clips click into housing, then run a small bead around the outside to 100% seal them up water tight. I haven’t had any problems or moisture occur.

Can you use plastidip in them?

You could paint them with anything you’d like. Just wouldn’t be exact match and glossy

I have a booth, depending on what im painting i spray base out of cans &/or gun, ALL CLEAR is sprayed from a gun though. NO clear out of a can.
