Your tips are actually helpful! I know I struggle with communication so much while at work. But one thing I learned from my therapy session is to focus on your self-awareness first and take the time to reflect on your strengths, skills, and accomplishments (even the small steps you accomplished). Also, have a positive self-talk. Erase all of your negative self-talk and change it to positive self-talk. I know it can be a challenge at first but I think once you get used to it, then you'll be confident. And finally, be assertive. Communicate your needs and boundaries so that everyone can be on the same page (instead of being silent).

My favorite tip was the first one, about being present. Noticing how my mind and words flow out when I clear away the emotional blockages has been extremely empowering. We really do have everything we need within us; it’s just a matter of allowing ourselves to access it.

Linda youre so great! I just wanted to share I have been following you since my university days and watched your videos on repeat to prep for my internship interviews and then later job interviews. I appreciate so much of what you do and all the advice you give, it has helped me so much to be more confident as a young professional in my field.

Thank you Linda, I really liked this content on how to enhance our career. I would like to ask you if you can make a video on how to internally marketing ourselves. How to enhance your personal brand internally. It is so difficult to stand up and I have been noticing some people are really good at it, despite being less good at their actual job - which is a skill I do not have yet.

Should you include references on your CV? Some websites say list them, others to write "references upon request", others say it's not necessary. What's your opinion on that?
