I got this. It pairs with my Bluetooth Headphones but the sound will be transmitted only when I use the KZbin app, which I have installed on my TV myself. When I open other apps I don’t have any sound even though the transmitter and headphones are paired. Any ideas?

I find that the delay is the problem when using bluetooth in this manner. I use an fm transmitter plugged into the tv, then use the radio on my mobile phone to listen through, no delay at all, saves money on bluetooth headphones. Or I guess you could also plug normal/wired headphones into a small bluetooth receiver, and let it receive the bluetooth from this transmitter.
