This video leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to connecting the avantree opera to my external sound bar. First, you need two sets of the same cable and they only provide you with one. Second, they only provide instruction for an optical cable. My optical cable input in my Sony Bravura TV is a different size than the optical cable the avantree opera provides so I am using the auxiliary cable, but they only provide one auxiliary cable. Also, I would like to note, the usb charger cable did not come with a plug in adapter. All other headsets we've ordered come with the plug in adapter. So, over all, while this could turn out to be a decent product, they fail miserably in providing what I need to set it up and get it working, which I won't be able to do until I order a second aux cable. Not happy with this product.

Hi there. This might not be helpful now, but your soundbar itself likely came with an optical cable. I think avantree assumes that you haven't lost that cable (which I personally did).

The volume down button on my Avantree Opera headset has become stuck and no longer clicks when I press it. How can i open the headset to fix this?

you did not tell me to begin with that it needed a soundbar . makes it difficult for another to watch tv with the one wearing the headset . because cant control the volume of the tv .

I have this and it’s great for my tv but it’s there Bluetooth only version for watching moves on my iPad? Thank you

You can use the headphones with your iPad. First, turn off the transmitter tower and then pair the headphones with your iPad.
