I would use both. So if people choose to DM you, it responds. And when they click on the ad, it will respond as well.

That’s correct! I recommend setting up a keyword trigger you only mention in the ad. And then you set the trigger to “All posts”.

@@chatimize But the problem with that would be, that any time someone comments on one of our posts, the comment trigger will fire, right? We have lots of engagement on our other posts on our Facebook page. We only need it to fire on the ad. Is there a way to do that?

Nope, just checked it's all still the same. Maybe you can try to Refresh your Permissions? You can do that in Manychat under Settings > Messenger.

Yes that is okay! You have to permission to send weekly, but that doesn't mean you need to send weekly. Also, the option for weekly Messenger Lists does not exist anymore. Now, everyone is always assigned to the daily one.

Yes, there could be a couple of things: 1. Did you publish the automation in Manychat? 2. Is the trigger enabled in Manychat? 3. If 1 and 2 are set up correctly, it could be because of your connection with your Facebook account. Yes I know the solution. You should add a tag to anyone that got the first message. Then add a condition that checks if someone has the tag. If someone doesn’t have the tag, then send the message.
