Does this only work in Europe? My USA Smart+ bulbs can not be detected by the Philips Hue bridge. Is there something else to try?

Every zigbee bulb and equipment will work with the hue bridge. Has nothing to do with area.

I have a similar issue. Incan find it in the LEDVANCE app but not in the hue app. Did you manage to connect them?

Yes, you'll need the Philips Hue Bridge to connect.

No problem! 😊 Great question, I assume switching the bulb on and off 6 times with one second between the power cycles should get it back in pairing mode. Let us know if you run into any issues.

I think I would say it's equally bright as a similar Philips Hue bulb with the same Lumen but colours is not as good. Especially colors like green. It won't dim as low as a Hue bulb either.

This does not work at well as you insinuate. I have a Classic e14 tunable white e14. Out of the box it's just flashing, and the bridge won't find it nomather how close i am. Only way to get it to stop blinking is using the smart+ app and registering it to the network. Tried you on off method to... does not work... Also tried the Touchlink method using HUE Essentials. Their i found the neighbors Ikea tårfri lights but not my LEDvance... Think i'm sticking to Tråfri as the cheaper option. :P

My Hue cannot find my new Ledvance Smart+ lamp. The Osram+ app worked with this but the Hue won't find it...annoying

Try to reset the bulb switching it on/off like 6 times. Then it should be detected.

Only those that are ZigBee bulbs. It's really important to note when buying Ledvance bulbs.
