after checking IP ( client & server ), it's done. They are matched. But when I open software, there is another ip address. I put it into mobile app, but it is not working. Help !

See you may have different network adapter which contains different ips But you have to enter that ip in which your phone and pc is like 192.168.1.x 3 octet will match in both devices only last one will be different
