So the Air Agent cannot book the call automatically into GHL? It has to send a link so the person books manually?

@@emanueltermure Your video shows nothing about booking directly into a calendar on HL. It just says it sends a link which is a manual action for the recipient to click and book. it would require a lot more actions and workflows in order for it to conversationally book onto a calendar.

@@19kickboxer68 odd, I just tested it again as I showed in my tutorial, and everything works fine. It recommends the times and books the person in.

Great video. I follow all your content. On the Air Call workflow added the contact tag to start the workflow to make an Air call but it does not work. when i add myself to the workflow, it says the webhook failed. i did exactly what you said. I also made sure to copy the coding in the raw body exactly like what you have. still nothing. im using a sub account, could that be my issue?

That shouldn't be your issue. I would create a loom and send it to Air Ai’s support team. Sometimes the problems are on their side. The connection is working for me.

@@emanueltermure ok. I’m doing that now. How are you”ll addressing the leads coming into GHL that are just name and phone? When I take the phone number and search the prospect either in Air or GHL they are not coming up. It’s weird. Not for sure what that’s all about but they most definitely coming from Air. Have you experienced that?
